'Autonomy, Creativity, Adaptation, Humanity'
Autonomy: Every staff member and student in SOFL must be autonomous in their work. Lecturers have autonomy in teaching and academic activities. Students are autonomous and responsible for their own learning.
Creativity: All individuals participate in discovering and constructing knowledge, together creating new values, contributing to the construction of a knowledge society.
Adaptation: Every individual must have the ability to meet different requirements of various situations; constantly improve awareness of cultural and linguistic issues to integrate into the global knowledge economy
Humanity: All individuals must have both in-depth knowledge and aspiration to thrive, must have a deep empathy for people in order to become well-educated citizens with good personalities.
